I went on a photography expedition recently to western Mongolia.Tough and challenging at times, it gave us a remarkable peek into the lives of the nomad eagle hunters. A culture and practice so unique to that part of the world, it was a privilege to have been able to stay with two of the nomad families and experience a bit of their lives first hand. We also attended the annual Golden Eagle Festival, a sporting event like no other! To say the landscapes were breathtaking is an undestatement!
